The finishing line

We've got a new work ex starting this week... although it's going to be a bit strange asking a professional footballer to make us a cup of tea!

Quotes of the week
The finishing line is in sight!
It's the last show of the season on Saturday so it's fair to say there's a good vibe in the office this week.
That's not to say we're on easy street. Although our summer holidays are as long as the ones you get in school we definitely won't be sitting around watching DVDs all day.
That said, we've got a new work ex starting this week so that should make things a little bit easier, although it's going to be a bit strange asking a professional footballer to make us a cup of tea!
Port Vale defender Sam Stockley is considering a career in the media once he retires, and fair play to him because he's willing to start at the bottom and work his way up.
He'll no doubt be in the studio on Saturday as well, so keep your eyes peeled to see if you can spot him... he'll be the best dressed person with a headset on!
Live
As it's the last show we've decided to pull out all the stops and so with that in mind there will be live music in the Frank McAvennie car park!
Kid British and Sway will be taking to the stage and everyone's really excited... well almost everyone. Tubes is going to be performing alongside Sway and the lyrical genius is having to change his underwear every time someone mentions Saturday!
"It's gona be the longest two and half minutes of my life," he told us as he furiously bit his nails.
Needless to say we've been making the whole situation a lot worse, but just like Eminem in 8 Mile we're sure he'll seize his 'one shot'!
Feminine
Outside of the office and both Dave and Bobbie have been getting in touch with their feminine sides.
A season of dressing up as girls has obviously taken its toll because Dave has been spotted singing the Aladdin theme tune 'a whole new world' while walking hand-in-hand with his girlfriend.
While Bobbie spent his days off getting his hair cut and having a facial because he wanted to 'look good' at the Soccer Six tournament!
We think he's missed the point of the tournament, but he maintained that the facial was the best part of his weekend.
"It was amazing," he told us. "At one point while she was massaging my face I swear I had an out of body experience." There are no words...
Exciting
The crew member who had the most exciting last few days has to be Lisa, as she stalked actor Scott Grimes!
The E.R. star, who plays Dr Morris in the American drama, is in London filming Ridley Scott's new Robin Hood film and Lisa and her friends 'bumped' into him on a night out in Richmond.
"We were in this bar when my friends spotted him and started going crazy, but I didn't know who he was. He told them that he was filming here until August and that he'd be happy to hangout with them."
We bet he would!
See you on Saturday!
